A strategic partnership agreement between JIC Trust and Hongkun Group was signed on June 3, 2016 in Beijing, marking a major breakthrough for JIC Trust following the company’s partnership deals with Country Garden and Sincere Group.

Under this agreement, the two companies will work closely in developing residential neighborhoods, commercial real estate and industrial real estate, managing properties, and offering culture and tourism-related services. In addition, JIC Trust will extend credit to Hongkun Group and its subsidiaries to meet their ongoing needs for high-quality, efficient and customized financial services.
