“JIC Investment Workshop: Green Trust from 0 to 1” was held on June 27, 2015 in Shanghai. Hosted by JIC Trust, theevent was absorbed on where the “green industry” and the financial industry would happen, particularly the financing challenges the green industry was faced with. Guest speakers were invited from industry, finance and academia, attracting nearly a hundred participants and a dozen of journalists from mainstream media. According to Yang Jinlong, president of JIC Trust, JIC Trust’s assets under management forclean energy (e.g. photovoltaic power generation) has reached RMB 3 billion, with a number of projects in the pipeline.
