JIC Leasing recently granted RMB150 million in financial support to Lightway Solar. This investment was intended to support the company’s efforts in developing and promoting a solar photovoltaic power generation system.

Lightway Solar is a manufacturer of silicon solar panels and components. The company has a production capacity of 360MW of solar panels per year. It has already established operations in Europe, North America, Japan, Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. In 2011, JIC Leasing cooperated with Lightway Solar on Phase I of its project. This amounted to RMB140 million and construction has already been completed. JIC Leasing has always placed importance on green energy development. In April 2015, JIC joined the Photovoltaic Green Ecosystem Organization (PGO), expanding its overall influence within the green energy industry.
