JIC’s year-end academic workshop – The Belt and Road Initiative, Investment Opportunities &Book Launch – was held on December 3, 2015 at the company’s head office. Industry experts and researchers were invited to discuss the Belt and Road Initiative and what this strategic initiative will mean to the Chinese economy and investors.

During the workshop, Wang Yuzhu, regional cooperation research director and regional cooperation project chief researcher at the CASS Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies, elaborated on the Belt and Road Initiative. Senior researcher Zhang Zhiqian also spoke about upcoming opportunities from the perspective of investment. Zhang introduced the Institute’s new book containing the latest research findings: One Belt & One Road – The Bridge between China and the World to the participants.
