On May 28, JIC (Hong Kong) Holding Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong as a new subsidiary of China Jianyin Investment Co., Ltd. Group with its business focused on financing, asset management, corporate management, among others.

With the development of JIC’s international business, its overseas capital needs will increase. JIC (Hong Kong) Holding Limited will leverage on the strength of Hong Kong as an international financial hub in its initial stage of incorporation and serve as an overseas financing and fund management platform to diversify the Group’s overseas financing channels and meet the overseas capital requirements of its subsidiaries. JIC (Hong Kong) Holding Limited will facilitate the integration of internal and external resources and support the group’s overseas business development, thereby laying a foundation for its global plans.
