A wholly owned subsidiary of China Jianyin Investment Limited, JIC Technology Investment Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JIC Tech-inv") has completed its investment in Beijing Timeloit Technology Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Timeloit"), as part of an important strategic move in the area of smart city construction.

Timeloit is a provider of smart city solutions that uses an integrated application of the Internet of Things, Big data and artificial intelligence. Its core business is in the provision of early consultation, project design, equipment supply, software development, engineering construction, integrated commissioning and operation and maintenance in the areas of urban operation safety management and intelligent building.  As early as 2010, the company became one of the four "Beijing Internet of Things Application and Construction Technology Support" teams. It has successfully implemented several industry benchmark projects, including the 2008 Olympic Games Venue Intelligent project, Beijing Smart City Management project, Beijing City Sub-Centre Intelligent project and Xiong’an Citizen Service Centre Intelligent project.

With the continuous intensive implementation of national and local policies of the construction of smart cities and the maturing of the new generation of information technology, the construction of smart cities is being carried out in a comprehensive multi-level manner across the country, and the market scale is continuously expanding. JIC Tech-inv will work with Timeloit in smart city industry chain, strengthen industrial synergy and industry & investment cooperation, in a diligent effort to construct smart cities.
