JIC Trust Co., Ltd. released Annual Report on the Research of China’s Trust Industry (2020) recently. This report, which has been published by the JIC Trust’s research team for the 8th consecutive year, also marked the third time of cooperation between the Postdoctoral Workstation of JIC Trust and the Postdoctoral Mobile Station of Institute of Finance, CASS (Chinese Academy of Social Sciences).

The report comprehensively summarized the trust industry’s results of 2019, holistically analyzed the characteristics of business structure, internal control, management and external regulatory of trust companies’. It also expected the future development of the trust industry. Besides, this report delved into some hot issues such as post-investment management, assets disposal, service trust and REITs. It held that in 2020, trust industry will follow the Supply-side Structural Reform in the Financial Sector, serving the real economy as the its critical principle. The culture and merits of the trust industry shall be made wider known, and the importance of trust system in the national economy shall be fully played.
